Honolulu hotel owners Stanley and Clarion are partnering with the Honolulu hotel industry to open the first of their two new hotel units in the historic Pearl District on the Hawaiian island.
The company, founded by Stanley hotel co-founder Paul Stanley and the Stanley Family, is opening the new hotel at the new Pearl Hotel & Spa, located at 8-1-1 S. Main Street, near the intersection of North Main Street and S. Broadway.
The hotel, which will be located on the site of the former Pearl Hotel, will feature three levels of suites, each featuring two bedrooms, two baths and two bathrooms.
The Pearl Hotel has been closed since the hotel opened in 2014, with the building slated to be demolished by the end of the year.
The new Pearl hotel will include a dining room, lounge, bar and full service bar.
The new hotel will also feature a full bar, a private courtyard and an outdoor kitchen with large communal tables and televisions.
“We’re excited to be a part of the Pearl District community, and this project will help us bring a new era of innovation and quality in the hotel industry,” said Scott Hulsey, president and CEO of Stanley and clarion.
“We’re looking forward to a vibrant future of innovation in the Honolulu and Pacific Islands, and the new Stanley Hotel is a key part of that.”
