The $8.2-billion project will bring more than 600,000 square feet of new luxury retail and restaurants to Fort Myers, a destination for vacationers and residents.

The project, which has been in the works for nearly a decade, will add the largest hotel in the city and an outdoor dining area that is expected to add more than 100 restaurants and retail spaces to the city, according to the project’s website.

The project also will add about 30 new hotels to the surrounding areas.

The new hotel will feature a 1,600-square-foot rooftop pool and spa, a fitness center, a swimming pool, spa and outdoor dining areas.

It will also include a 24-hour security perimeter and an indoor fitness center.

The hotel will have an outdoor pool, tennis court, basketball court and a new outdoor terrace that will open to the public in 2019, according a press release from the company.

The hotel also will be built in partnership with the Fort Lee Community Development Corporation, which will include community gardens, playgrounds, and open spaces.

The resort will also add an indoor bowling alley and outdoor seating area, among other amenities.

The Fort Myers Resort’s project will also bring an expansion of the Downtown Fort Myers area to the property.

The expansion includes a hotel, restaurant and fitness center that will be part of the hotel and will include an indoor terrace.

The new development will also offer amenities to residents and visitors, including an expanded playground.

The news release also noted that the resort’s new luxury hotel will also provide new and improved parking facilities and additional amenities for residents and tourists.
